It was a bumpy Saturday night, Sunday morning across central and northern Alabama.
Trees were reported down on Interstate 65 between mile marker 290 and 299 in Cullman County. The report states that automobiles had been damaged. The Winston County Sheriff's Office confirms structural damage at Double Springs Elementary School. There were other reports of structural damage across the northern counties as well.
There were also reports of trees down all around the area. Some come in from western Marion County around Shottsville, Winston County, St. Clair County and Walker County. There were reports of trees down in Blount County along with some flooding in Oneonta.
There were several reports of downed power lines and power outages throughout the area.
