TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) -- The city of Tuscaloosa is participating in the Main Street Matters competition, a national revitalization contest, and is therefore the Alabama's only competing city.
The winner of the contest will receive the help and supplies from Benjamin Moore retailers and painting contractors, who will spruce up major roadways in the city.
Tuscaloosa is already in the process of revitalizing their downtown area.
Winning the prize would provide additional support to the cities effort.
You can vote for Tuscaloosa online, everyday until June 30, 2013.
