East Alabama: 570
South-central Alabama: 840

ORIGINAL: Alabama Power is reporting a number of power outages from severe weather on Thursday.
According to Alabama Power, around 2,100 are without power in the company's western division.
Alabama Power says 3,200 are without power statewide.
