BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) --Almost three months after the Bresette family endured a tragic accident at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, the family is filing suit against all contractors involved in construction.

Brasfield & Gorrie and BLOC Global, who were named in the lawsuit as some of the defendants, released a statement on Thursday in regards to the lawsuit filed by the Bresette family.

Bresette family has experienced a terrible tragedy,and we understand their decision to pursue
answers from the parties involved in the design and construction of the airport terminal. To

details of the litigation matters.
