BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Birmingham police have identified a body that was found in an abandoned apartment.
Authorities said Wednesday that the body is that of 42-year-old Jacqueline Callen.
Callen's body was discovered in the apartment around 4 p.m. Monday by a man who was looking for a place to urninate.
He found her body under a pile of old clothes.
Investigators said Callen had not been dead long. The cause of death has not been released, but officials have ruled it a homicide.
