Mother of child beaten to death indicted

An Etowah County Grand jury has returned an indictment including two counts of capital murder against a Rainbow City mother whose 5-year-old son was beaten to death in 2006.

I think it is a shame some one would get more time for doing drugs than a murder.

capital murder = death penalty. And there is no need to wait 20 years before it is carried out. Next week should be as good time as any for her & ber "baby killing" boyfriend.
