Mountain Brook, Alabama (WIAT) No justice for Natalee, it’s the reason the Holloway family has fought so hard to keep the missing Mountain Brook teen’s story alive five years after her disappearance.

"Beth has never given up her search for the truth and we will never give up our search and our prayers and our hopes that we will find the truth," says Betsy Koepsel, a family friend.

"She has fought this battle she constantly carries Natalee’s story to almost every state in the US she was never going to let it go," says Jug Twitty, a family friend.

In fact this Tuesday Beth Holloway opens a non-profit Natalee Holloway resource company designed to help families in a crisis... No matter what time of day that crisis happens.

"We're focusing on education and crime prevention, but should a loved one go missing we will connect the family with resources," says Beth Holloway.

In light of the death of Stephany Flores in Peru, the resource center couldn't come at a better time. The Holloway-Twitty family along with their friends is probably the only ones who truly understand the Flores's pain.

"My thoughts and prayers go out to Stephany’s parents and I am happy they have caught Joran and hopefully the investigation they do will do a better job than they did in Aruba," says Twitty.

"I think its one of the most devastating thing that can happen to a person to lose a child," says Carol Standifer, a family friend of the Holloways.

While the Holloway-Twitty family empathizes with the Flores family, they continue to hope this new investigation somehow helps bring Natalee home.

"I pray this time they have got something on him hopefully they find DNA and justice will come. I think that’s what Beth worked so hard for and will continue to work hard for it is to find out what happened to Natalee and to find if there is remains from Natalee that what we want," says Jug Twitty.

Joran has made it to Peru, earlier this morning law enforcement had him walk across the boarder from Chili to Peru, and both families are praying that charges will soon be filed.

I would like to point out how many typos and run-on sentences there are in this article. This is journalism at its worst. In more than one paragraph, several sentences are combined into one with no punctuation. The reporter who wrote this copy would do well to sit down with a style manual and a dictionary before composing anything further. An example of a grammatically-incorrect run-on sentence is below. It is just a bunch of phrases thrown together haphazardly. "She has fought this battle she constantly carries Natalee’s story to almost every state in the US she was never going to let it go," says Jug Twitty, a family friend." Here's an example of subject-verb disagreement: "The Holloway-Twitty family along with their friends is probably the only ones who truly understand the Flores's pain: (verb should be "are", not "is", referring to the Holloways and their friends) "... and to find if there is remains from Natalee that what we want," says Jug Twitty. (Should be "are", not "is". Also phrase "that what we want" should be "that is what we want". Finally, the reporter uses "boarder" (as in someone who rents a room, or an animal in a kennel), instead of "border". "Joran has made it to Peru, earlier this morning law enforcement had him walk across the boarder from Chili to Peru, and both families are praying that charges will soon be filed." A little proof reading goes a long way. I expect more from people with journalism training. Perhaps you would like to hire me as a proof reader?
