A former teacher's aide and gym teacher faces sex abuse charges involving minors in two counties.
30-year-old Michael James is charged with first degree sodomy and second degree rape in Tuscaloosa County and first degree sexual abuse in Sumter County.
The victims are a girl under the age of 12, and a girl under the age of 16.
James has a pre-trial hearing on April 28th in Sumter County and a hearing sometime in May in Tuscaloosa.
