The broad form is a step above the basic form and is sometimes called homeowner's two. Beyond basic coverage, the broad form insures you against water damage from your plumbing system, falling objects, frozen plumbing system, and ice or snow. Although the broad form provides more coverage than the basic form, it still may not be enough coverage for your home. No matter what type of insurance you buy, make sure you have liability insurance, to cover your legal expenses should you be sued. You should have enough insurance to replace your home and everything inside should disaster strike. Consult an insurance agent in your area for more information.
