BIRMINGHAM, AL (WIAT) - Ben Craft & Kalan Reed have been teammates at Briarwood Christian, but now they'll be rivals in Conference USA.

Craft, a quarterback, signed with UAB this morning, while Reed, a defensive back, signed with the Blazers most heated rivals Southern Miss.

When asked if either will take it easy on the other, the answer was quick and obvious. "No way." Reed said. "I'll throw it at him every time", said Craft.
