Birmingham, AL (WIAT) - State Senator Scott Beason stopped by CBS 42 this evening to discuss a variety of issues that have occurred after his immigration bill, HB56, became the law of Alabama. Senator Beason discusses the arrest of the Mercedes plant manager, Federal opposition to the law, and the defections of some of the bill's supporters. Interesting interview but with no substance, most things in the state of Alabama are always politically motivated, because most southern states have a grudge against the Federal government.
