MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) - A special note from the Jury in the Bingo trial reveals that  "We have reached unanimous consent on some counts but feel we will never on other counts."

Judge Myron Thompson has instructed the jury to continue deliberations on the deadlocked counts of the indictment. The jury has said that it has found consensus on some of the counts, and the judge said that those can be closed, perhaps as soon as tomorrow.

Jury resumes deliberation at 9am tomorrow morning.
