ANNISTON, Ala. (WIAT) - Anniston Police tell CBS 42 that Ben Little, an Anniston City Council member has been arrested. The charge involves violating a city ordinance dealing with the condition of abandoned houses. He is currently being processed and will be released after signing his bond and agreeing to appear in court.
