ANNISTON, Ala. (WIAT) - Anniston Police tell CBS 42 that Ben Little, an Anniston City Council member has been arrested. The charge involves violating a city ordinance dealing with the condition of abandoned houses. He is currently being processed and will be released after signing his bond and agreeing to appear in court. This comes on the heels of Anniston City Council member John Spain resigning yesterday after months of legal trouble. See the related stories for more about Mr. Spain.
