CARBON HILL, Ala. (WIAT) - CBS 42's Ken Lass presented a $1,000 check to Carbon Hill Elementary 4th grade teacher Roxie Smith.  The award is part of the station's One Class at a Time grant program.  Miss Smith will use the grant for basic classroom supplies.
