Fairview High School teacher Carol Fetters is the latest winner of a CBS 42 One Class at a Time education grant.  Ken Lass surprised Miss Fetters in her classroom with a $1,000 check.  Carol is a Physics/Spanish teacher and plans to use the money to buy accelerometers for her students to enable them to study motion and speed.
