Choctaw, Mississippi (WIAT)  The signature restaurant of the Pearl River Resort once again bears the name of former chief Phillip Martin.  Phillip M's is officially back in business at the Mississippi casino.

Choctaw Chief Phyliss Anderson was joined by family members of the late chief at a ribbon cutting Tuesday.

Anderson told the crowd the renaming was a return to proud times. "Under the visionary leadership of our late Chief Phillip Martin, our tribe realized great progress.  I'm proud to honor his legacy with the re-opening of Phillip M's."

The restaurant had been renamed after Martin was defeated in a reelection race in 2007.

Pearl River Resort contains two casino hotels, 11 restaurants, a water park, and the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club.
