Both men sought in the robbery of a Fairfield jewelry store and the shooting death of the store’s owner have been caught.

54-year-old Lee Buong, a well known jewelry store owner, was shot in his store Thursday during an apparent robbery.  He was later pronounced dead at University Hospital.

One suspect, Perry Cauthen Jr., was arrested late Thursday night at 1437 Pearson Avenue Southwest.

Meanwhile, Edward Morsby III was arrested in Virginia along Interstate 81 at mile marker 38 around 10:30 Friday morning.  When Virginia police stopped Morsby, he was reportedly wearing a t-shirt that said “I’m the one that got away.”

"I've pledged to the citizens, we will treat people who have been victimized just like they're one of us, and so that's what we did," says Fairfield Police Chief Pat Mardis.

Morsby is expected to be returned to Alabama.
