The Grater Birmingham Humane Society is trying to find the owners of 6 stray dogs turned into their facility this weekend. Christy Little with the organizations says they do not normally take in stray dogs. That is the job of your local Animal Control Agency, but due to the lack of weekend hours and the increasing number of stray dogs they have found themselves helping out.

“We also want to make people aware if you have lost an animal, during this week, come up and see if we may possibly have your animal and call you local animal control agency as well,” says Little.

There are 6 dogs in their custody. If you would like to see if they might by your beloved fido, click on the video link.
