EUTAW, Ala. (WIAT) - Greenetrack CEO Luther Winn is not happy about a $75 million tax bill from the state, but not for the reasons you may think.

Winn says he believes the tax story has been planted by the Attorney General's office to distract from the issue at hand of returning 375 machines to Greenetrack.

Tuesday, Judge Houston Brown heard a request from the Attorney General's office to put the order to return those machines on hold while Strange appeals to the Supreme Court.

Judge Brown has not ruled on that stay.
