State of State Address

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) - Governor Robert Bentley lays out his plans Tuesday night in his State of the State address from the Alabama State Capitol Building.

Bentley says if the Alabama residents and lawmakers can come together like we did after the April 27th storms, there is nothing the state cannot deal with.  During his 28 minute speech, the Governor called for cuts in governmental spending, working to bring more jobs into the state and passing legislation bringing in charter schools.
