GREENE CO., Ala. (WIAT) - A ruling is expected this week that could impact the future of Greenetrack.

Attorneys for the west Alabama bingo operation are fighting to get machines seized by Attorney General Luther Strange, returned.

Lawyers argue the June raid was improper because the judge never should have issued the warrant in the first place.  Judge Houston Brown allowed the raid and is supposed to make a ruling this week.
