Members of the animal rights group, Peta, stood on Birmingham's Southside to protest eating meat.  One member, in particular, was down to her underwear and paint markings.  Birmingham Police came shortly after, asking them to leave the area. The nude activist had markings mimicking a butcher's diagram of body parts with a poster that read, "All Animals Have The Same Parts--Go Vegan!"  The protesters were told to go because officers said one of them violated their permit.

I really wish Channel 42 would stop covering these ridiculous PETA protests. They are in no way news worthy and are a waste of time. I would hope that your reporters, as well as the management of Channel 42, would not want to risk their creditability by allowing themselves to be used by an organization like this! If you really want to do a PETA story how about some serious investigating reporting on what a deceitful animal scam group they really are! How about telling the truth about this group and quit playing along with their media manipulation!!! If not then please quit wasting your viewers time with such nonsensical fluff.
