BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) - Joran van der Sloot's name is showing back up in the news, with the recent admission by Stephany Flores' family that they are concerned that Joran could be released from prison if no trial begins for the murder of his client. Van der Sloot is in a Peruvian jail following the murder of Flores, and a suspect in the disappearance of Mountain Brook teenage Natalee Holloway. 

Now, a new video emerges from Peru of van der Sloot talking to a prison official and filling out paperwork.
