Montgomery, AL (WIAT) Milton McGregor's attorney Joe Espy tells CBS 42 that while his client is still requesting his own trial, the issue of the monitoring ankle bracelet is not a battle for today. Before today's hearing, McGregor had filed court papers saying the bracelet made it difficult to sleep and caused an elevation in blood pressure. The bracelet was one of the conditions for Mr. McGregor's release on bond after being indicted on bribery and conspiracy charges last October.
