Once considered a crime infested area, Forest Park Terrace has been made over, inside and out.  The Red Iron Housing Development did a complete overhaul to these apartments, first built in the 1970's. The non-profit organization is offering one and two bedroom units at affordable prices...with all utilities included! The goal is to make housing affordable for low to moderate income families without the criminal surroundings. 

One bedroom  $626 a month
Two bedrooms $698 a month

These apartments are on a first come first serve basis.  The criteria to rent these apartments are:
1).  Complete an application ($50 fee)
2).  A credit score of at least 500
3).  Background and check
4).  Employment and income verified

Can not make above
$25,560-1 person
$29,220-2 people
$32,880-3 people
