Air Force Lt. Col. Ken Bourland has been confirmed dead in the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake.  Bourland's body was recovered in the ruins of the Hotel Montana in Port-au-Prince.  He had been among thousands missing in the aftermath of the January 12 earthquake.

Funeral arrangements are pending, but Bourland's family says he will be laid to rest in the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
