Friday District Judge Myron Thompson sent down an order granting Country Crossing lobbyist Jarrod Massey's motion for voluntary surrender, which was filed this afternoon.

According to the order, Massey is to surrender himself to U.S Marshals on or before January 19, 2011.

Massey was one of eleven bingo hall operators, lobbyists and state senators indicted October 1, 2010 for buying bingo votes. In December Massey plead guilty to charges and was scheduled to be sentenced September 26, 2011.
