You've probably heard the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.  In this next Build Alabama series, we introduce you to Wayne and Chris Irby. A father and son earning a living for their families by building. Wayne has worked in construction for 22 years.  When Chris turned 18, he told his Dad he wanted to follow in his footsteps.
Wayne didn't try to discourage Chris.  In fact, Wayne gave his son advice on how to mentally get ready for a job that requires you to check your attitude at the door.  It's a job that puts in hard work.  And in Wayne's words..."It's not rocket science." Could the men one day work together and make building a part of their family legacy?
Is this your destiny? A wise foreman (Wayne Irby) once told me, you never know until you try.  Go Build Alabama.
