MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) - So far, the attorneys have questioned around 90 of the more than 200 in the jury pool.  They have released the jury members they didn't feel could be unbiased and kept the ones they felt could possibly serve during this trial.

Finding out if someone is going to be a good jury member isn't easy, the attorneys are asking some unique questions to find out about who these people are and what they believe.

Questions like, do they own an iPad?  Do they dislike Milton McGregor because he carries lots of cash in his wallet?  Could a Tide fan be unbiased against an Auburn fan?  They even asked the jurors how many cell phones they had.

All these questions have dragged the jury selection process into a third day, but Judge Myron Thompson has expressed interest in staying late in the hopes of striking a jury Wednesday night.
