EUTAW, Ala. (WIAT) - Jefferson County Judge Houston Brown ordered electronic bingo machines seized from Greenetrack earlier this summer, must be returned to the gaming business.

The attorney general's office was given the green light to take hundreds of machines.

In Judge Brown's ruling, he says the state presented false and misleading statements with a reckless disregard for the truth.  After those statements are removed from testimony, the ruling says they could not establish probable cause for the raids.

The property must be returned within ten days of Wednesday's ruling.
