On Tuesday, the Birmingham City Council announced a partnership with Dr. Marshall Williams in a new program called "Smile-A-Lot."

The City of Birmingham will pay for up to $125 for 775 students living in the neighborhoods Acipco-Finley Fairmont, North Birmingham, Hooper City, and Collegeville.

The money comes from $5 million set aside in the budget dedicated to social service agencies.

If you reside in one of the neighborhoods listed and have a child in kindergarten to 3rd grade you can make an appointment by contacting Healthy Concepts, Inc. at (205) 731-2245.
