The Etowah County Sheriff is still looking for a missing Boaz man.  Here's the press release.

The investigation into the possible whereabouts of Michael Winford Williams continues, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

Investigator Shane Hartley says, “We are continuing to speak to everyone in the area, making sure they know he is missing and what he looks like.”

A search was completed, on Friday, November 13th, of a wooded area located near where Williams was last seen.

Williams, 58, of Boaz, was last seen on Saturday, November 7th, at 1640 Thornhill Road, Boaz.

He is a white male, 5’ 9” tall, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue work pants and tennis shoes.

Williams is diabetic and should be taking medication for his medical condition.

A family member reported him missing on Tuesday, November 10th.

Anyone with information regarding Williams is asked to contact the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office at 256-546-2825.
