MONTGOMERY, AL (WIAT-TV) - The 11 lobbyists, elected officials and bingo casino operators indicted earlier this month will face a judge for the first time on Friday.  And the night before their arraignment attorneys representing the two owners talk to CBS 42.

In Montgomery, Milton McGregor's attorney Joe Espy says his client will plead innocent to the charges.  But that wasn't all.  He gave says the goverment was way out of bounds in how they took the corruptions suspects into custody.  Especially after he and other attorneys offered to have their clients turn themselves when the charges were announced.

Doug Jones represents Country Crossing owner Ronnie Gilley.  He says his client made no secret of his contributions to lawmakers that were sympathetic to his cause.  He says it's the same thing that other businessmen and organizations do on a daily basis when the House of Representatives and the Senate are in session.
