Montgomery, AL (WIAT). All 11 defendants in the bingo bribery case were arraigned this morning, and all entered the plea of Not Guilty. The defendants waived their right to a reading of the indictment, and waived the right of a speedy trial. The next date that the 11 are due in court is April 4, 2011. Robert Geddie Jr. - Lobbyist for McGregor
Jarrod Massey - Lobbyist for Gilley
Larry Means - State Senator representing the 10th District (Cherokee and Etowah Counties)
James Preuitt - State Senator representing the 11th District (also owns automotive dealership in Talladega Ala.)
Quinton Ross Jr. - State Senator representing the 26th District (Montgomery)
Harri Anne Smith - State Senator representing the 29th District (Houston County, location of Country Crossing)
Jarrell Walker Jr. - Employee and spokesman for Country Crossing
Joseph Crosby - Legislative analyst in state government (Helped draft gambling legislation)
