Two new twists in the ongoing bingo battle here in Alabama.  First of all, Macon County leaders say John Tyson, the commander of Gov. Riley's anti-gambling task force, doesn't have the authority to lead the group.  Now, they've taken a case in front of the Supreme Court here in Alabama.

Also, the justices have also ruled against the Etowah County Baptist Association.  The group had tried to push themselves into the fight against electronic gaming in Etowah County.  But Monday afternoon, the justices said there was no "justiciable controversy" for them to decide on.
