Montgomery, AL (WIAT) - The retrial of the Bingo trial has begun in Montgomery. Victoryland owner Milton MacGregor along with Senator Harri Anne Smith, lobbyist Tom Coker, former senators Larry Means and Jim Preuitt and casino employee Jay Walker are reprising their roles as defendants in a case that ended in a hung jury. The case was delayed for a week after the death of Ray Crosby the night before it was scheduled to begin.
