If the last mayor and city council wouldn't have spent so much money trying to get Springville not to Annex them; they wouldn't be in this mess. Dumb A@@es

If the last mayor and city council would have let Springville annexe them/ instead of spending almost a million dollars on building things they didn't need; they wouldn't be having this problem right now. Dumb a@@es.
