Birmingham, AL (WIAT) This morning a Facebook post made by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office got some national attention. In their weekly "Creep of the Week" post, Jeffco Sheriff showcased Dustin McCombs, who is wanted for "Rape by Force" by the office. Mr. McCombs actually responded to the post, and then a public discussion between the two entities, law enforcement and suspect, took place on Facebook. The whole drama was captured by technology blog Gizmodo, and you can read it here.

The story doesn't end there- this afternoon a new status was posted by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office:

The person featured in the Creep of the Week album this week, Dustin McCombs, was captured in Ohio today by the U. S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. He will be returned to Alabama to face the charges against him. He remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
