Jim Dunaway

Jim Dunaway is a 20 year television veteran and also the co-host of The Dunaway and Brown radio show (WSPZ-AM 690 1:00-6:00pm central).
A graduate of The University of Montevallo, Jim started his broadcasting career here at CBS 42 back in 1988. He also worked at the NBC affiliate in Lexington, Kentucky before returning here to his hometown.
Jim joined the Crimson Tide Sports Network in the fall of 2008 as the host of the Nick Saban Show. This will be his fifth season as the host of the Alabama coaching show for CTSN. The show airs Sunday nights at 10:35 during football season on CBS 42.
Jim has covered sporting events all over the country. Some of his favorite moments: 13 Daytona 500’s; The World Series; The 1993, 2005 Sugar Bowls; The 2000 Orange Bowl; NCAA Tournaments with Auburn, UAB and Alabama; Braves win the NLCS with Sid Bream safe at the plate; SEC Football Championships; The 1996 Olympics.
Jim and his wife Maggie have two kids (daughter Harper, son Carter). They are members at Asbury United Methodist Church.
