Gas Prices Continue to Climb

The national average for a gallon of gas now average more than $3.75 a gallon. In Alabama, AAA reports the statewide average for regular gas is $3.67 a gallon.
AAA and the Oil Price Information Service say the price of a gallon of regular went up more than 2-and-a-half cents overnight.
Gasoline prices are 67 cents a gallon more than they were last year and they are expected to continue their sharp increase until at least Memorial Day.
Wednesday's price is two cents higher than what the Energy Department had predicted for the peak price next month.
