 B.J. Millican
Sports Producer
B.J. is a Birmingham native having been raised most of his life in the Pinson area. He graduated from Pinson Valley High School.
In June of 2007 B.J. was promoted to Sports Producer at CBS 42. He began his career at CBS 42 in April of 2004 as a Production Assistant, doing such tasks as running audio for newscasts and running studio camera, he also became the weekend graphics specialist in 2005 and a Director in early 2007.
B.J. is an avid sports fan. His main rooting interests lie in college football, basketball and his beloved Chicago Cubs. He also is a big NFL fan, cheering for the Minnesota Vikings and participating in fantasy football. B.J. cheers for the Chicago Bulls when it comes to the NBA. B.J. also enjoys the UFC and Mixed Martial Arts.
When not watching sports, B.J. enjoys graphic design, writing, filmmaking and a variety of other interests. He is also active with the North Gardendale Church of Christ, serving as a bible class teacher and occasionally preaching lessons from the pulpit. B.J. and his wife recently participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure as part of a group from CBS 42.
B.J. lives in Mount Olive with his wife Becky and their new daughter Caroline.
