Emily Ingram is from Ripley, Mississippi...believe it or not!
She began working freelance at CBS 42 in March 2007 doing various duties in the newsroom before becoming a member of the CBS 42 family.
She accepted her first TV job in Tupelo, Mississippi as a master control operator one week before graduating from the University of Mississippi. A promotion landed her in Commercial Production before she migrated to the News Department to report and co-anchor the 5pm weekday newscasts.
Later she worked in Greenville, Mississippi as a morning weekday anchor, general assignment reporter and producer.
Currently, Emily resides in Alabaster with her husband Stayce, three boys, Jordan, Stayce and Reese and Aries the pup. Their family attends Liberty Baptist Church of Alabaster where she participates in the Women’s ministry.
She volunteers her time with Kids First and the Alabaster YMCA.
